Puyallup Animal Rescue is a nonprofit rescue group dedicated to finding permanent homes for homeless dogs and cats in Pierce County, Washington. We do not operate out of a shelter, instead we rely on a network of foster homes to care for our animals until they are adopted.

We rely on donations to pay for medical expenses for our foster cats and dogs. If you are able to donate, any amount helps!


Adoption Event Locations:

Our adoptable dogs and cats are in foster homes and they are brought to adoption events which are normally on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month at the Sunrise PetSmart. 


Our rescue partners with the PetSmart in Sunrise Village located at:
10309 156th Street East
Puyallup, WA 98373
Our adoptable cats stay in foster homes and so they are not available for viewing in the cat adoption center at PetSmart. 


Please check our Petfinder's pet list to see all of our dogs and cats that are available for adoption.

Please contact Puyallup Animal Rescue and not PetSmart to verify adoption status if you are interested in a specific pet.
